Kofi Barkoh

Kofi Barkoh is a dedicated executive, proud family man, and active member of our community. With a strong desire to enhance accountability and be a voice of reason, Kofi is eager to serve as an ESD 11 Commissioner, working towards making our district a leader in emergency services.

After graduating from The College of Engineering at Texas A&M University, Kofi and his wife made Gleannloch Farms their home in 2006. They've been proud residents of the ESD 11 service district ever since, raising three young sons.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kofi finds fulfillment in his role as a deacon, where he oversees benevolence activities, offering support to families during their most vulnerable moments. In his downtime, he enjoys traveling with his loved ones and cheering on his favorite team in College Station.

With a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in competitive markets, Kofi's skills as an effective communicator and his unwavering commitment to excellence make him a perfect fit for the ESD 11 Board of Commissioners. He is ready to leverage his business acumen to ensure our emergency services meet the highest standards.
